Delivery Policy

Our Ultimate goal is to process orders the same day!

Over 98% of our orders are shipped with 72 hours. We are dedicated to delivering your package as soon as possible, which is why we use USPS PRIORITY MAIL whenever possible!

  • Ultimate Salon ships to Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO and APO/FPO Boxes.
  • Ultimate Salon guarantees your order will be shipped with 72 hours.
  • Ultimate Salon cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by carrier services.
  • Ultimate Salon reserves the right to substitute USPS First Class Mail Service or UPS Ground Service. In many cases this may be required.

FREE Shipping

As part of our Ultimate Service Goals, we regularly have FREE SHIPPING promotions and offer Free Shipping on all orders over $49. Our FREE SHIPPING orders are shipped using PRIORITY MAIL, or UPS ground shipping. Our FREE SHIPPING orders are available only in the Continental U.S. Excluded are: Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.

Hazardous Material Restrictions

Some products may be considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT). These may include alcohol-based, flammable, aerosol, under pressure, volatile or corrosive products (such as: hairspray, nail polish, etc.)

HAZMAT products are restricted by the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). Ground shipment is required due to air shipment restrictions and regulations. Because of these strict regulations we unfortunately cannot ship these products to all addresses. Please see above for our ground shipping address locations.

Return Policy

We want you to benefit from our LoveinfuZed philosophy and approach! This means you 100% happy, beautiful, and satisfied with your products. We’ll be happy when you’re happy! Please feel free to contact us personally with any questions or concerns. If you are not satisfied with a product, return it for a refund, replacement or credit as you wish.

About returns

For a refund using your payment method, return the product within 60 days of the date shown on your packing slip. Free Product Gifts must also be returned to receive a full refund. If the Free Gift(s) is not returned, the price of your free gift will be deducted from your refund. All of our free gifts are also available for purchase and all prices are displayed on the free gift page of our website.

Refunds can only be granted for unused products returned within 60 days of the date on the packing slip.

To assure Product Safety, refunds cannot be granted for personal care products (liquids) such as shampoos and conditioners.

If the product you receive is defective, will refund the original shipping charges. In the case of shipping damages please contact the Carrier. We will consider all written explanations of why we should refund shipping costs for other return reasons.

Refunds are credited within 30 business days (usually less) of receiving and processing your return.

Full (100%) Refunds will appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle. is not responsible for misaddressed or incorrect address information (this includes forwarding instructions that have expired). Additionally, in the case of refunds for items purchased using a FREE SHIPPING option, the actual cost (including any and all discounts) to ship your product will also be deducted from any and all refunds.

Restocking Fee reserves the right to deduct up to a 15% restocking fee for any and all returned merchandise. Additionally, if the item you purchased was shipped using a FREE SHIPPING option, the actual cost (including any and all discounts) to ship your product will also be deducted from your refund.

Partial refund (less than 100%) payments will be issued either by USPS First Class Mail or will appear on your statement within two billing periods, depending on your billing cycle.

LoveinfuZed Rewards earned by the product purchase will be deducted from your Rewards Account.

Please include in your return:

  • The product you are returning, packaged securely
  • The email order confirmation* or packing slip
  • Reason for your return
  • Any Free Gift Products (see above)
    *To reprint your order confirmation email go to, then login to your account, select "My Orders" and enter the Order Number found on your packing slip, then select "Print".
